Although it was the last minute call for the India Night event 2010, I was able to get a team of best photographers to cover the event. It's an annual event Hosted by India Association of North Texas .
The event begun at around 4 pm and continued till the mid-night. In spite of such lengthy event, we were entertained by most amazing performances I have ever seen. Tradition dances, Kathaks, Modern Dances, Traditional songs and much more. I was mesmerized to see the performance by Non-Indian lady (probably American), who performed an Indian Traditional dance like Kathak. Beside the performances, it was good to see the various colorful dresses from traditional to contemporary worn by kids to adult.
The atmosphere was so entertaining that even the organizers could not stop seeing themselves join the stage and having fun in the end. This was undoubtedly most electrifying event I have ever seen. Everybody was friendly and i really had fun. After viewing such astonishing performances I won't mind saying that it takes life time to see so many highly talented people sharing a stage.
It was wonderful experience working with such a dedicated group of volunteers. I am always ready to work with the community, specially Mr. Jack Godhwani.
I am excited by the fact that we have been approved by the board as the official photographer for their upcoming event "34th Anand Bazaar 2010". I am charged up to cover the event as the revealed that they are expecting around 15000 people this time. So our team of professional photographers will be covering the event at The Lone Star Park.
